We want to be able to assign tasks to clients and automate reminder emails to them when its incomplete- such as requiring them to give us a number or a particular statement. It would be useful to provide clients with the ability to comment on the tasks as well.

It would be even more useful if we could link this to jobs on a re-occuring basis (such as client documents checklist for year ends)
