If for example a member of staff has a stage within a workflow that needs detailed guidance to show them how to perform it then it would be good to able to link the glide steps to something like sweetprocess or process street with a simple URL. When you click on the link it takes you to where you save your detailed processes step by step with videos etc to provide the staff member guidance. Essentially a link to your SOP's or your 'bible' for detailed processes.
